At H.P. Leafcraft, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged goods. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@hp-leafcraft.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage.

2. Return Process

Once we’ve reviewed the damage, we will either offer a replacement or process a refund. You may be required to return the item, at which point we will provide instructions.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve your return.
