4. Orders and Payment

• Payment: We accept payments via major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason.

5. Shipping

We ship only within the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Shipping is charged at £4.90 for prints and £3.90 for plants. Orders are processed within 2 days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

6. Returns and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@hp-leafcraft.co.uk within 7 days, along with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

H.P. Leafcraft is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
